Step 4 - Hardware Setup:
  • Supports several commercially available serial timers such as Fast Track, NewBold Timers, RaceMaster IV, SmartLine, The JUDGE, and Timestopper.
  • Configurable to support other serial timers, as long as you can determine the communication settings of your timer and what software commands it will support, if any.
Important Note: We make no guarantees that serial timers NOT specifically listed above will work with this software. We only provide technical support for communication problems with the serial timers listed above.
  • If using a timer, you can specify the maximum time limit that will be given to cars that do not finish.
  • Enable and test the triggering of a solenoid activated starting gate via the serial port.
  • Enable and test a drag racing style start light tree via the serial port. The light tree must be able to take a single kick-off signal and then manage the light sequence on its own.
