Step 5 - Define Race Groups and Subgroups:
- You can tailor GrandPrix Race Manager to how
you want your race groups and subgroups to be organized.
- Groups - A "Group" is a set of racers
that will race mixed together. If you do not want some
racers going head-to-head against other racers, due to age,
grade, club, skill level, etc., then they should be placed
in different race groups.
- Subgroups - A "Subgroup" is a set of
racers within a race group. You can have one or more subgroups
within each group. Subgroups have absolutely no affect on who races
who, they only allow you to view standings at the subgroup
level. In some cases, you may not need to use subgroups,
in which case you can disable the use of them in the Software
Setup screen.
