Step 7 - Register Racers:

• Register an unlimited number of racers per racing group.
• Racers can choose their own vehicle numbers, you can assign them ones or the software can assign them.
• Automatically capitalizes first and last names for you, for faster typing.
• Less typing required. Vehicle numbers will automatically increment and the group and subgroup selections will default to the last one entered.
• If you already have a database or spreadsheet that has your racer's information, you can easily import the data to make registering even easier. Supports import of roster data and photos from DerbyDMV.
• Optionally add a photo of each racer or their race vehicle. Photos are displayed on the Heat Winner, Track Record and Awards/Standings screens.
• Optionally enter the vehicle names that their racers gave them.
• The vehicle names field can be configured, in the Software Setup screen, to store weight or any other data, if desired.
• You can flag a racer as having passed inspection, as they pass the physical check-in inspection or you can flag all selected racers, with the click of one button.
• You can flag a racer so they can race but they will be excluded from the standings (times scoring only).
• You can display the large-font Roster screen to the audience so they can help you verify that no racer was missed and that they are in the correct race group/subgroup.
