Step 3 - Reports Setup:
- General
- Specify the titles to go on top of all reports (excludes certificates
and check-in sheets). This can be the name of your organization,
the name of the race, the race date, or whatever you like.
- You can display an image at the top of all reports (excludes certificates
and check-in sheets). This can be the supplied image corresponding
to the type of racing vehicle, or it can be your own image or logo.
- The font type, size and color for the reports can easily be tailored
to your preferences by clicking on the appropriate font button.
- Since there is growing concern about posting children's full names
on the web, you can opt so that reports will only display their
first name and their last initial.
- Check-in Sheet
- You can use the check-in sheet report to aid in your pre-race inspection,
making sure each car is fully inspected.
- Since race rules can vary, you can tailor the inspection items to better
reflect your rules.
- You also have the option of showing racer names on the check-in sheets
or the custom registration field (usually the vehicle name).
- Awards Certificates
- You can display a background image for each certificate, if not using
pre-printed certificate paper; otherwise, you can disable using
this image. A background image is supplied, if needed, or you can
use your own image.
- For participant certificates, the awards title that is displayed on
each certificate can be modified, as desired.
- The certificate font type, size and color can easily be tailored to
your preferences.
