For Windows XP Users:

• The Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 needs to be installed in order to run this software. Later versions of the framework do not install what is required for this software, so make sure to install 3.5.
• In order to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, you do need to be running Windows XP Service Pack 3. If you are still running Service Pack 2, you will need to update your system before you can install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.

For Windows 7 Users:

• The Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 needs to be turned on in order to run this software. It comes pre-installed with Windows 7 but is not turned on by default. Refer to these instructions on how to turn that feature on.

For Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 Users:

• The Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 needs to be turned on in order to run this software. It comes pre-installed with Windows 8/8.1 and 10 but is not turned on by default. Refer to these instructions on how to turn that feature on.
