What's New with Version 2.0:
Version 2.0 of DerbyWeb™ adds several new features and improvements to help in getting prepared for your race and to add fun.
- Admin Site:
- Added standings display feature. This feature is turned on/off in GrandPrix Race Manager, at the discretion of the administrator.
- Modified all data entry pages to have action items (view, update and delete) be on a drop-down list for easier selection on a small tablet or phone.
- Added a feature to notify admin if a new version of DerbyWeb is available.
- Added the display of the data file in use for easy reference.
- Added a display of the subscription end date.
- For racer schedules the drop-down list of racers will only display those racers that passed inspection instead of all racers.
- Fixed problem with Group and Master Schedules clearing displayed data when user changes font size.
- Spectator Site:
- Added standings display feature. This feature is turned on/off in GrandPrix Race Manager, at the discretion of the administrator.
- Added an option for spectators to not have to sign up for an account, at the discretion of the administrator.
- For racer schedules the drop-down list of racers will only display those racers that passed inspection instead of all racers.
- Fixed problem with Group and Master Schedules clearing displayed data when user changes font size.
- General
- Upgraded Yii Framework to 2.0.10.
- Upgraded all page controls to their latest version.
- Several other less notable improvements and fixes were implemented.
